See Alexandria Virginia’s Best Photo Locations

Travel Alexandria Virginia’s Best Photo locations with me and I will show you the great places I have found. For me, some of the best photography sites are bridges, roads, cobblestone streets, iron works, and redbrick houses. I love to go walking with my camera and daughter on a photography date. My daughter happens to be a better photographer than me. We walk around. I take way too many photos. She smiles, tells me to hurry up. But, seriously, she is patient with me as I shoot away. Here are some of my favs and how I see the world when I am in Alexandria.

By the way, the cover photo taken at the 100 block Prince Street Alexandria, VA is one of my favorites.

Every location is fabulous in Alexandria Virginia. Alexandria Virginia’s best photo locations are on the Potomac, along King Street, in the markets, and just about everywhere you will see fantastic sites to photograph. It’s a trip through time, including the US Military Railroads and tunnels.

Don’t forget to go to a local market for photos of food and beautiful colors.

Travel tip: have an extra battery with you. I can’t tell you how many times I have been out and about and my battery dies. Better to be safe than sorry.
