Kate went on vacation to Iceland as a Single solo female traveler. She celebrated her birthday there. The bus system is great. Easy access to everything. Lots of tours to take. Don’t hike alone according to the hotels.
You can go with a plan, or without and play it by ear. It is an easy place to relax in the great outdoors, plenty of sight seeing, hiking, horseback riding, swimming in hot spas in the great outdoors.
Go as a layover and see it often during all the season on this island country.
Cheap flights and lots of friendly people will help you- don’t book too much online wait until you get there for the best deals. All so watch out for Flybus. It is a ripe off.
